ST Coaching
STST (Scot Thompson School of Throws)
Designed to coach young and slightly older how to throw Discus, Shot Putt, Hammer and Javelin. This is based primarily at the new Aberdeen Sports Village but is mobile- we can come to you.
We can also facilitate Highland Games Heavy Events Coaching- this is done in one particular field in Aberdeen, but can be mobile depending on Council permission for the use of public parks.
Prices
The price for throws coaching is dependent on group size and distance from aberdeen (if not training at the Sports Village.) For coaching in Aberdeen the price is only £20 an hour. (Add extra for travelling expenses if you are outside the Aberdeen area and admission to stadium.)
