This can be done anywhere, in a private gym*, at your home, even in a local park. Wherever you choose and whatever your needs we can tailor our training to suit you, whether you have never trained before or you are training as an elite sportsperson, we have instructed all types of individuals. We can also help with buying and installing home gyms should you decide you want to get serious about getting in shape.
Prices
Due to the unique, flexible, service that ST Coaching provides there is no exact price list.
Prices for coaching and personal training start at £30 per hour. Don't hesitate to get in touch for a quote.
* Private gyms often charge Personal trainers to work on their premises which can make it impractical for regular sessions. Scot plans to open his own gym facility at some stage so that this won’t be problem for much longer.
